4 oz of Lotus® Pineapple Juice
4 oz of Coconut Cream
One (1) cup of ice
Optional: Puerto Rican Rum (as desired)

  1. In a blender, add four (4) ounces of coconut cream and four (4) ounces of pineapple juice. Mix well.
  2. Add the cup of ice.
  3. If desired, add the Puerto Rican white Rum.
  4. Blend it until the ice is completely crushed and mixed to perfection.
  5. Pour it on a cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with the decorative umbrella, a cherry or a pineapple chunk (or all).
  7. Drink and enjoy!
