4 oz of Lotus® Pineapple Juice
4 oz of Coconut Cream
One (1) cup of ice
Optional: Puerto Rican Rum (as desired)
- In a blender, add four (4) ounces of coconut cream and four (4) ounces of pineapple juice. Mix well.
- Add the cup of ice.
- If desired, add the Puerto Rican white Rum.
- Blend it until the ice is completely crushed and mixed to perfection.
- Pour it on a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the decorative umbrella, a cherry or a pineapple chunk (or all).
- Drink and enjoy!
